Christmas Card from Canada
What a lovely surprise - this beautiful Christmas postcard arrived in the post from Mary Lou in Canada as a "Thank You" for organising the monthly swaps on UK Embellisher Swap group.
Thank YOU Mary Lou - I was delighted to receive this - it really cheered me up after a week of being a bit under the weather.

Thank You from UK Embellisher Swap
Eileen from UK Embellisher Swap group has sent me this lovely winter landscape Chrstimas card, made on her embellisher, to thank me for organising all the swaps each month. It glistens and sparkles and it was a nice surprise.
Monika who lives in Bavaria sent me this super card, again as a thank you for organising the monthly swaps. There is a delicate gold thread running through the top layer of fabric which catches the light beautifully.
Thank you ladies, I am delighted with them and so pleased you enjoy the swaps.

Here is my lovely tree decoration, made by Jenny Jones. Thank you Jenny, it looks great on my tree.
The colours are not good - think rich Christmas red and green.
I've got more learning to do with this new scanner.

Embellisher Swap from Jenny B
It's so long since I joined in a swap I'd forgotten how exciting it is to get these little parcels through the post.
Here's my needlecase swap from Jenny B. It's gorgeous - I've left the photo a higher quality than usual so the delicate details can be seen. I love it! Thank you Jenny B.

Birthday Card - Swap

My friend Chris drew me as a partner in the UK Embellisher Card Swap for Christmas.
She sent me an embellished birthday card which is great - birthday cakes behind net - obviously there isn't a cake for every year - Chris is far too polite - and probably couldn't find a piece of card big enough to fit them all on Ha Ha!
Thank You Chris!

Two parcels each containing a beautifully made covered notebook.4 Seasons Autumn (Bonfire Night) from Ann. The picture doesn't capture the bright sparking fire and the sparkling explosion in the sky - you'll have to take my word for it. It really is lovely.

Covered Notebook swap from Amanda. This is a gorgeous combination of texture and colour - a lovely piece of art.
THANK YOU both - I'm delighted with them.
