Second Day Training

How dogs learn.  How Guide Dogs are trained from birth to training with their future owner.

Walk round town practicing right turns.  Using different tones of voice to maintain the dog's interest.  Bringing dog's attention back when distracted.

Very windy day today, but Scooby did great!

Gave him a body check before tea and an all over groomed whcih he really enjoyed.  He prefers to lay down rather than stand though which makes it difficult.  How to stand up and stay up needs to be on my question list for tomorrow.
