The black bias has been sewn down - I used a twin needle which worked well and the only glitches were operator error. I have to admit it isn't easy to keep on the bias when you can't see straight lines, but I can't help that. I slipped a pale green border in before the main red one and I think the colours look good. All the fabric is dyed by me - except the cream background of course. Next step is quilting. I need to think about how to tackle that. The pattern I have used has stippled all the cream - wonder if I dare?
