Today we sold our house, subject to contract.
Last July we viewed this house and liked it
It sold in November and we were really disappointed.
A couple of weeks before we accepted an offer on our home, the above sale fell through and it became available again. Maybe it was meant for us.
Looking forward to moving soon
and starting our renovation project !!!

I'm sure it was meant for you Lynne. It's funny how these things happen. I had the same experience when I bought my bungalow. Good luck with the move and I hope you're very happy in your new home and garden.
